BINDT – Member Grade MInstNDT

The British Institute of Non-Destructive Testing (BINDT) is the UK’s professional body for individuals and organisations involved with NDT, condition monitoring and all other materials testing disciplines.

Director and Senior Plant Integrity Engineer George Creighton has achieved individual membership of the prestigious member grade via standard academic route, his many qualifications and higher certificates in approved subjects, many years experience in NDT and condition monitoring, devotion to approved training and many years in positions of responsibility allowed BINDT to accept his application back in 2018.

Individual members range from students embarking on engineering, physics, metallurgy or a wide range of other courses, practitioners in the hands-on world, managers and academics, to research scientists.

Achillies UDVB Silver-plus Membership

GEOX Engineering Ltd has been awarded an Achillies UVDB silver plus accreditation.

Achillies UDVB is the community for the UK utility industry. It enables the utility sector to use Achillies’ proven supplier pre-qualification system to manage risk within the supply chain and comply with EU regulations.

The UDVB silver plus allows pre-qualify as an approved supplier to the utility sector, a process that makes it easier for companies in the sector to manage their supply chain risks and to comply with EU procurement regulations. This validation by Achillies was granted on the basis of rigorous independent auditing of our Health & Safety, Quality and Environmental management systems, both in-house and on-site and will be reassessed at regular intervals.

SafetyOn

GEOX Engineering Ltd are proud to hold Tier 2 membership participation.

SafetyOn is the health and safety organisation for the onshore wind sector. Providing leadership in health and safety for the dynamic and innovative onshore wind industry, they ensure transparency about the industry’s H&S performance, as well as assisting industry stakeholders to see that key emerging risks are mitigated through co-operation and shared learning.
